1 What is a superheated steam?

Clear, colorless H2O gas produced by heating saturated water vapor, which is generated by heating to 100℃ at ambient pressure, to a higher temperature.

2 Characteristics of superheated steam

3 Gas Radiation

In a superheated steam furnace, the medium is filled with water vapor (H2O gas), so the effect of gas radiation is much greater than in an air medium.

4 Condensation

When vapor hits a solid surface at low temperature, saturated vapor changes to saturated water in an instant, and the object is heated by releasing the latent heat held at that instant all at once.

5 Superheated steam (torrefaction) processing flow

This is the circulation flow of energy and reflux gas within the superheated steam plant.

6 Safe Operation and Management control monitor

To ensure safe plant operation, information is constantly acquired from sensors inside the equipment and displayed on a control monitor to quickly detect abnormalities within the equipment and take safety measures.Information from each sensor is accumulated on a server and can be managed and analyzed remotely through the use of IOT and AI technologies.
