過熱水蒸気とはSuperheated steam
常圧中で100℃に加熱し発生させた飽和水蒸気をさらに高温加熱した無色透明のH₂Oガス。
A colorless and transparent H₂O gas produced by heating saturated water vapor to 100℃ under normal pressure and then heating it to a higher temperature.
過熱水蒸気の特徴Characteristics of superheated steam
過熱水蒸気の熱伝導は、「ガス輻射伝熱」+「対流伝熱」+「凝縮伝熱」の複合で行われます。それにより「対流伝熱」+「輻射伝熱」の熱風に比べ、格段に高い熱伝導率を有します。
Heat transfer of superheated steam is performed by a combination of “gas radiation heat transfer” + “convection heat transfer” + “condensation heat transfer”. As a result, it has a much higher thermal conductivity than hot air that uses “convection heat transfer” + “radiation heat transfer”.
